Common questions.
- What happens to my data after the 90-day access window?
- If you've converted to a subscription, nothing — your data continues. If you haven't, all assessment responses, generated reports, and uploaded files are hard-deleted on day 91. Your billing record and contact info are retained for tax / CRM purposes. The policy is documented in the MSA and applies uniformly to subscribers and standalone customers.
- Can I add more than 15 respondents?
- Not within the Clarity Assessment scope. Subscribers on the Signature and Strategic tiers can include unlimited respondents per quarter; if you know up front you need more, the discovery call is the right place to discuss going straight to a subscription with annual prepay.
- Do I have to convert?
- No. The Clarity Assessment stands on its own — a complete deliverable for a fixed price. The conversion offer is there if you decide the ongoing partnership is worth it, but the engagement is intentionally designed to leave you with everything you need either way.
- What sectors do you serve?
- Higher education, government, and healthcare are our most-developed sector packs. We work with organizations across other sectors too, but the discovery call is where we confirm whether we're the right fit for your specific context.
- How do I pay?
- Stripe Invoicing. After the discovery call, you'll receive a $17,000 invoice payable by ACH (preferred — no processing fees), credit card, or wire. Your portal is provisioned within one business day of payment.
